We do not require you to sign a contract. However, please understand that lawn pest control and maintenance is an ongoing service that must be performed on a regular basis to guarantee results. If you want a healthier, greener yard, then its imperative that you retain the services of a trusted lawn care professional on a continuous basis.

All of our chemicals are considered safe by the EPA. As an added safety precaution, it is recommended to wait until chemicals are completely dry (1-2 hours) after application before you or your pets come in contact with these chemicals. We do offer certified organic treatments if you would like to choose a more environmentally-friendly lawn care solution.

Our most popular and effective program consists of 6 treatments per year, but we can customize a program to meet your lawn care needs.

A light rain following treatment is actually helpful because it washes the product into the soil. However, if it is a long and persistent flooding of water, it can dilute the product. If this happens, feel free to call for a re-application.

You do not have to be home for any lawn service. If we are performing indoor pest control, we will arrange a time that is convenient for you.

All commercial lawn care and pest control applicators are required by the Department of Agriculture to be licensed, bonded, and insured to apply pesticides of any sort. Our license number is #JB165117.

We email or mail (your preference) an invoice each time we service your lawn. You may send us a check or arrange to pay online.
